Honey Mustard Buffalo Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

9 Each Panko Crusted Tail-Off Shrimp 26/34 ct. (Item# 057561)
1/8 Cup Honey Mustard Sauce
1/8 Cup Buffalo Sauce
3 Ounces Romaine Lettuce
1/8 Cup Celery, Julienne
1/8 Cup Carrots, Julienne
1/8 Cup Cucumber, Julienne
1/8 Cup Onions, Red, Julienne
3 Each Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/8 Cup Blue Cheese, Crumbled

Directions

  1. Prepare the Mrs. Friday’s® Crispy Panko Shrimp to package instructions, to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Mix the honey mustard and buffalo sauces together and divide evenly.
  3. Toss the lettuce and all the vegetables together in half the sauce and arrange on a plate.
  4. Toss the shrimp in the remainder of the sauce and top the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and enjoy!
