| 1/2 | Ounce | Coconut Milk |
| 1/2 | Ounce | Lime, Fresh, Juice |

Directions
- Prepare the Oven Ready Coconut Shrimp according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients together and chill.
- Toss the dressing with the salad ingredients and top with the Oven Ready Coconut Shrimp and toasted cashews.
