Sweet & Spicy Korean Fried Shrimp Soy Garlic Glaze

6 Ounces Lightly Dusted Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 055249)
2 Ounces Korean Soy Garlic Glaze
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Scallions
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Red Bell Peppers, Small Diced
1 Tablespoon Shallots, Small Diced
2 Each Curly Scallion Hairs
1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds, Toasted


  1. Prepare the lightly Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  2. In a sauté pan, heat the oil and sauté the scallions, garlic peppers and shallots. Toss with the Korean soy garlic sauce.
  3. Glaze the Lightly Dusted Shrimp and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
