A hearty twist on a classic, this loaded hoagie features savory steak and sweet Jumbo Crab Sensations® grilled with red peppers and layered with melted provolone. Topped with caramelized onions and a drizzle of creamy remoulade, this surf-and-turf sandwich delivers rich, bold flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

3 Ounces Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
2 Ounces Steak, Thinly Sliced
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Slices Provolone Cheese
1 Each Hoagie Rolls, 6-Inch
2 Ounces Onion, Sweet, Julienne
2 Ounces Sweet Red Pepper, Julienne
1 Ounce Remoulade Sauce

Directions

  1. Butter both sides of hoagie bun and grill until lightly toasted.
  2. Sauté the onions and peppers. Add the steak.
  3. Once the steak is close to being done, add 3 oz. Jumbo Crab Sensations® and heat to 165°F.
  4. Add meat/crab/peppers/onion mixture to the bun and top with sliced provolone cheese.
  5. Drizzle with remoulade sauce and serve.
