| 2 | Ounces | Steak, Thinly Sliced |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Butter |
| 2 | Slices | Provolone Cheese |
| 1 | Each | Hoagie Rolls, 6-Inch |
| 2 | Ounces | Onion, Sweet, Julienne |
| 2 | Ounces | Sweet Red Pepper, Julienne |
| 1 | Ounce | Remoulade Sauce |
Directions
- Butter both sides of hoagie bun and grill until lightly toasted.
- Sauté the onions and peppers. Add the steak.
- Once the steak is close to being done, add 3 oz. Jumbo Crab Sensations® and heat to 165°F.
- Add meat/crab/peppers/onion mixture to the bun and top with sliced provolone cheese.
- Drizzle with remoulade sauce and serve.
