Sopes de Camarones Crujientes

6 Each Lightly Dusted Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 055249)
2 Each Sopes
1/2 Cup Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa
1/2 Cup Shredded Bibb Lettuce
1 Ounce Crumbled Cotija Cheese
2 Tablespoons Cilantro Lime Crema
1 Ounce
1 Cup Masa Harina
3/4 Cup Water
To Taste Sea Salt


  1. Make the Sopes by shaping the dough into a 4” X ¼” thick round cake. Place them in a cast iron pan or flat top with a small amount of oil and sear them until the dough is golden brown and a little crispy.
  2. Fry the Lightly Dusted Shrimp according to the directions to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Warm up the corn and black bean salsa and spread it on the base of the Sopes, top with lettuce, shrimp, crema and red onion.
