2 Ounces Asian Cole Slaw
2 Ounces Pineapple Sriracha Glaze
3 Each Corn Or Flour Tortillas
1 Sprig Cilantro


  1. Into a 350°F fryer cook shrimp to box instructions and golden brown or until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Heat the tortillas by steaming quickly.
  3. Place the slaw into the bottom of the tortilla.
  4. Place the shrimp over the slaw.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over the shrimp.
  6. Garnish with a cilantro sprig and serve.
