Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp

An easy and fun chef inspired dish using Mrs. Friday’s® Gold Pack® Shrimp.

Menu Part


5 Each Gold Pack Round Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 013120)
5 Each Thin Sliced Prosciutto
1 Recipe Tomato Fondue
3 Each Sage Leaves, Fried, Garnish


  1. Parfry the shrimp at 350°F for approximately 2 minutes or until golden. Minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Wrap with Prosciutto and continue to fry till shrimp is 165°F internal temperature and Prosciutto is crispy.
  3. Serve with warm tomato fondue. Garnish with fried sage leaves.
