Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp
An easy and fun chef inspired dish using Mrs. Friday’s® Gold Pack® Shrimp.

Ingredients
5 | Each | Gold Pack Round Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 013120) |
5 | Each | Thin Sliced Prosciutto |
1 | Recipe | Tomato Fondue |
3 | Each | Sage Leaves, Fried, Garnish |
Directions
- Parfry the shrimp at 350°F for approximately 2 minutes or until golden. Minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
- Wrap with Prosciutto and continue to fry till shrimp is 165°F internal temperature and Prosciutto is crispy.
- Serve with warm tomato fondue. Garnish with fried sage leaves.
