3 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
6 Ounces Pizza Dough
3 Ounces Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, Diced
2 Each Scallions, Sliced
1 Tablespoon Parmesan, Grated
3 Ounces Mozzarella, Low Moisture, Shredded
3 Ounces Chunky Tomato Sauce, Warm for Dipping

Directions

  1. Stretch out the dough and fill with the Lobster Sensations®, roasted garlic alfredo, tomatoes, scallions, and cheeses.
  2. Fold and seal the dough.
  3. Fry at 350°F until crispy and golden brown and 165° F internal temperature.
  4. Serve with chunky tomato sauce.
