Lobster Gyoza Spicy Dumpling Sauce

Ingredients

4 Ounces Lobster Salad Sensations® (Item# 004510)
1 Tablespoon Ginger, Grated
1 Tablespoon Garlic, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Scallion Bulb, Chopped Fine
8 Each Gyoza Wrappers
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
Spicy Dumpling Sauce:
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Water
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Sambal
Garnish:
1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon Scallions, Chopped

Directions

  1. Lightly sauté the ginger, garlic and scallions and add them to the Lobster Salad Sensations.
  2. Fill each gyoza wrapper with a ½ ounce of the Lobster Salad.
  3. In a nonstick sauté pan, add the sesame and vegetable oil. Add the gyoza and lightly sear the bottom of the dumpling. Add water and cover to steam.
  4. For the sauce, dissolve the sugar and water, add the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. Serve the dumplings with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
