Lightly Dusted Shrimp Mongolian Fire Pot

Crispy fried shrimp served over a mixture of sauteed Asian vegetables in a Thai chili sauce and served over sticky rice.

5 Each Lightly Dusted Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 055249)
1/2 Each Red And Green Bell Peppers, Julienne
1/4 Cup Red Onions, Julienne
1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienne
1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
1 Tablespoon Ginger, Minced
1 Ounce Thai Chili Sauce
4 Ounces Rice
1.2 Ounces Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds, Toasted
4 Ounces Sticky Rice


  1. Quickly sauté in sesame oil a ¼ cup each of julienne red and green peppers, red onion, and carrots.
  2. Add a tablespoon of minced garlic and ginger. Season with Thai chili sauce.
  3. Place in a warm bowl of sticky rice and top with five (5) Lightly Dusted Shrimp.
  4. Drizzle each with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with chopsticks.
