Lightly Dusted Shrimp Mongolian Fire Pot
Crispy fried shrimp served over a mixture of sauteed Asian vegetables in a Thai chili sauce and served over sticky rice.

|1/2||Each||Red And Green Bell Peppers, Julienne|
|1/4||Cup||Red Onions, Julienne|
|1||Ounce||Thai Chili Sauce|
|1/2||Teaspoon||Sesame Seeds, Toasted|
- Quickly sauté in sesame oil a ¼ cup each of julienne red and green peppers, red onion, and carrots.
- Add a tablespoon of minced garlic and ginger. Season with Thai chili sauce.
- Place in a warm bowl of sticky rice and top with five (5) Lightly Dusted Shrimp.
- Drizzle each with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with chopsticks.
