Lightly Dusted Shrimp Mongolian Fire Pot
Crispy fried shrimp served over a mixture of sauteed Asian vegetables in a Thai chili sauce and served over sticky rice.

1/2 | Each | Red And Green Bell Peppers, Julienne |
1/4 | Cup | Red Onions, Julienne |
1/4 | Cup | Carrots, Julienne |
1 | Tablespoon | Garlic, Minced |
1 | Tablespoon | Ginger, Minced |
1 | Ounce | Thai Chili Sauce |
4 | Ounces | Rice |
1.2 | Ounces | Teriyaki Sauce |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Sesame Seeds, Toasted |
4 | Ounces | Sticky Rice |
Directions
- Quickly sauté in sesame oil a ¼ cup each of julienne red and green peppers, red onion, and carrots.
- Add a tablespoon of minced garlic and ginger. Season with Thai chili sauce.
- Place in a warm bowl of sticky rice and top with five (5) Lightly Dusted Shrimp.
- Drizzle each with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with chopsticks.
