Directions
- Prepare the Krabbycakes® by frying or baking to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Heat a large pan or flat top. Divide the Cheddar cheese into 2 disks and caramelize the cheese until it becomes crispy but still durable.
- Toast the tortilla and add the frico (cheese disk). Add the Krabbycakes® and the eggs, sprinkle with cotija, cilantro and scallions.
- Sprinkle with Tajin and garnish with lime.
