2 Each Breaded Krabbycakes® 3 oz. (Item# 073550)
2 Each Eggs, Over Easy
2 Each Tortillas, Flour, 4
3/4 Cup Cheddar, White, Shredded
1 Tablespoon Cotija Cheese, Crumbled
1/4 Cup Scallion, Chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
Garnish:
As Desired Tajin
As Desired Lime

Directions

  1. Prepare the Krabbycakes® by frying or baking to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Heat a large pan or flat top. Divide the Cheddar cheese into 2 disks and caramelize the cheese until it becomes crispy but still durable.
  3. Toast the tortilla and add the frico (cheese disk). Add the Krabbycakes® and the eggs, sprinkle with cotija, cilantro and scallions.
  4. Sprinkle with Tajin and garnish with lime.
