Directions
- Prepare the Mrs. Friday’s® Coconut Shrimp to package instructions, to an internal temperature of 165°F
- Prepare the walnuts by incorporating the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add the walnuts and boil for three minutes. Remove the walnuts onto a non-stick surface and let dry.
- Make the honey walnut sauce by mixing mayo, sweetened condensed milk, and honey
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the honey walnut sauce, arrange over the rice, and top with the walnuts and chopped scallions.
