3 Ounces Lettuce, Butter, Chopped
1/4 Each Apple, Granny Smith, Peeled & Diced
1/8 Cup Goat Cheese, Crumbled
1/8 Cup Dried Cherries
1/8 Cup Pecans, Toasted
Spicy Apple Butter Vinaigrette:
1/8 Cup Apple Butter
1/8 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard, Country Style
1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
To Taste Salt

Directions
