5 Each Lightly Dusted Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 055249)
1 Cup Spanish Rice, Prepared
1/2 Cup Mixed Greens
1/4 Cup Tomatoes, Diced
1/4 Each Avocado, Diced
1/4 Each Pickled Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
1/4 Cup Black Beans
1/8 Cup Charred Pico de Gallo
1/8 Cup Avocado Crema
Garnish:
2 Each Lime, Wedges
As Desired Cilantro, Fresh, Leaves
As Desired Crispy Corn Tortilla Strips, Thinly Sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare the Lightly Dusted Shrimp according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Lay the Spanish rice in the bottom of the bowl, add the lettuce and arrange the tomatoes, avocados, black beans and pickled onions.
  3. Add the charred Pico de Gallo, arrange the Lightly Dusted Shrimp over the top and drizzle with avocado crema.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges, cilantro leaves and crispy tortilla strips.
