Directions
- Prepare the Lightly Dusted Shrimp according to package instructions and 165°F internal temperature.
- Lay the Spanish rice in the bottom of the bowl, add the lettuce and arrange the tomatoes, avocados, black beans and pickled onions.
- Add the charred Pico de Gallo, arrange the Lightly Dusted Shrimp over the top and drizzle with avocado crema.
- Garnish with lime wedges, cilantro leaves and crispy tortilla strips.
