| 2 | Tablespoons | White Wine |
| 2 | Tablespoons | Heavy Cream |
| 1 | Each | Scallions |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Parsley, Chopped |
| To Taste | Salt | |
| To Taste | Pepper | |
| 5 | Sheets | Filo Dough |
| 8 | Tablespoons | Butter, Melted |
Directions
- Sauté the Jumbo Crab Sensations with the garlic and shallots.
- Deglaze with the white wine and then add the heavy cream.
- Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- When cooled, mix in the shredded gruyere cheese.
- Layer the filo dough with melted butter according to package instructions.
- Add the Jumbo Crab Sensations mixture to the prepared Filo and roll into desired shape & thickness.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden and crispy.
