1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Minced
1/8 Cup Coconut Milk, Thai
1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons Thai Chili Sauce
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 Each Lime, Fresh, Juiced
1/2 Teaspoon Sambal

Directions

  1. Prepare the Mrs. Friday’s® Coconut Shrimp to package instructions, to an internal temperature of 165°F
  2. Prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Adjust seasoning to desired flavor, soy for saltiness, fish sauce for tanginess, brown sugar for sweetness, or sambal for spiciness.
  3. Arrange on a plate or basket with sauce, sprinkle with cilantro leaves, and enjoy!
