3 Each Coconut Round Shrimp 16/20 ct. (Item# 057456)
6 Ounces Pineapple Juice
3 Ounces Coconut Cream (Coco Lopez)
1 1/2 Ounces Light Rum
2 Cups Crushed Ice
Garnish:
Maraschino Cherry, With Stem
Coconut Toasted
Coconut, Cracked

Directions

  1. Fry the Coconut Shrimp in 350°F oil until 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Blend Piña Colada ingredients until smooth.
  3. Arrange the Coconut Shrimp on skewers and garnish with coconut and cherries.
