Ingredients

9 Each Tempura Battered Tail-Off Shrimp 32/42 ct. (Item# 097690)
2 Ounces Chamoy Sauce
3 Each Lettuce, Bibb, Leaves
1/4 Cup Red Cabbage, Fine Julienne
1/8 Cup Carrot, Fine Julienne
1/8 Cup Scallion, Fine Julienne
1/4 Each Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded, Fine Julienne
1/4 Each Lime, Fresh, Juiced
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
Garnish:
2 Ounces Creamy Jalapeno Sauce
2 Each Lime, Fresh, Wedges

Directions

  1. Prepare the Mrs. Friday’s® Tempura Shrimp to package instructions, to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Mix all the julienne veggies in a small mixing bowl to form a slaw, add lime juice, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the bibb leaves on a platter, add the slaw, toss the Tempura Shrimp in the Chamoy sauce and top the slaw.
  4. Drizzle the wraps with creamy jalapeno sauce and enjoy.
