2 | Cups | Panko Bread Crumbs |
4 | Each | Fried Plantains, Sliced Lengthwise |
2 | Ounces | Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce |
2 | Each | Lime Wedges |
2 | Each | Cilantro Garnish |
Directions
- Dip each Krabbycakes® into beer batter, roll into panko and fry to order in 350°F oil to 165°F internal temperature.
- To assemble lay the plantains across the plate, top with 12 dollops of beurre blanc and place Krabbycakes® atop each dollop.
- Garnish with the lime wedges and cilantro.
