White Bean & Seafood Chili

Go with this creation next time you’re in a chili cookoff. Or whenever you need a meat-free winner. When they call you a remix artist, it’s OK if you don’t mention Seafood Sensations®.

8 Ounces Seafood Sensations® (Item# 004530)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Onion, Diced
2 Each Garlic, Cloves, Chopped
1 Cup Vegetable Stock
1 Can Great Northern Beans, 15.5 Ounce
1 Can Tomatoes, Canned, Diced, 15.5 Ounce
1/2 Cup Corn Kernels, Frozen
1/2 Teaspoon Lobster Base
1.5 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Colby Jack, Shredded
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Each Bay Leaf
1 Tablespoon Parsley, Fresh, Chopped
To Taste Salt & Pepper
As Desired Sour Cream
1 Pinch Chives, Chopped


  1. In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic with olive oil. Add the stock, beans, tomatoes, corn, lobster base, bay leaf and seasonings. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in the Seafood Sensations®, the cream cheese and the shredded cheese. Adjust seasoning and simmer for 8-10 minutes till cheese is melted.
  3. Garnish with sour cream and chives.
