| Warm Teriyaki Pineapple Salsa: | ||

| 1/4 | Cup | Pineapple, Small Diced |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Jalapeno, Small Diced |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Red Bell Pepper, Small Diced |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Red Onion, Small Diced |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Teriyaki Sauce |
| 2 | Teaspoons | Cilantro, Chopped |

Directions
- Prepare the salsa in a skillet with olive oil. Once hot, add the pineapple, onions, peppers and jalapenos. Sear all ingredients and add the teriyaki sauce. Add the cilantro and season to desired taste.
- Prepare the Tavern Battered Pollock according to package instructions to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Add the warm rice to a bowl and arrange the Pollock, warm roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, and top the pollock with the warm pineapple salsa.
- Garnish with the chopped macadamia nuts and a lime wedge.
