1 | Tablespoon | Garlic, Minced |
1 | Teaspoon | Lemon, Fresh, Zest |
1 | Tablespoon | Lemon, Fresh, Juice |

1/4 | Cup | Kewpie |
1/4 | Cup | Panko |
1 | Each | Egg, Slightly Beaten |
1 | Tablespoon | Red Curry Paste |
1 | Tablespoon | Lime, Fresh, Juice |
1 | Teaspoon | Ginger, Fresh, Peeled & Minced |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Fish Sauce |
1 | Tablespoon | Cilantro, Chopped |
1 | Tablespoon | Scallions, Chopped |
Directions
- Butterfly each shrimp. Do not cut all the way through the shrimp.
- Mix the sesame oil, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and let marinate.
- Make the filling by adding the remainder of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Stuff each shrimp with approximately 2 tablespoons of filling.
- Bake the shrimp on a lined sheet pan for approximately 10 minutes and the stuffing reaches 165°F internal temperature.
