Tavern Battered Flounder Fry Sandwich

1 Each Tavern Battered® Flounder Fillets 4 oz. (Item# 070094)
1 Each Roll, Your Choice
3 Ounces Cole Slaw, Vinegar Based
3 Ounces Fries, Homemade
2 Ounces Tartar Sauce, Sriracha
Tartar Sauce Recipe:
3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 Teaspoons Shallot, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Parsley, Chopped
1 Teaspoon Sweet Pickle, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon Sriracha
To Taste Sea Salt
To Taste Black Pepper, Fresh Ground


  1. Fry the flounder at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature is achieved.
  2. Griddle the roll and dress both top and bottom with the sriracha tartar sauce.
  3. Put the fish down on the base of the roll, add the slaw and then the fries. Put the top the roll on and enjoy.
