Directions
- Fry the flounder at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature is achieved.
- Griddle the roll and dress both top and bottom with the sriracha tartar sauce.
- Put the fish down on the base of the roll, add the slaw and then the fries. Put the top the roll on and enjoy.
