1 Each Tavern Battered® Flounder Fillets 4 oz. (Item# 070094)
3 Each Corn Tortillas, Street Taco Size
3 Tablespoons Red Onions, Diced
2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
9 Each Pickled Radish Slices
As desired Hot Sauce
1 Each Lime, Fresh, Wedge


  1. Cook the Tavern Battered Flounder according to package instructions to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Griddle the tortillas on a flat top, crack the flounder into 3 pieces and arrange on the 3 corn tortillas.
  3. Top with chopped onions, cilantro, pickled radish and hot sauce. Squeeze lime and enjoy.
