Tavern Battered Cod & Mango Slaw

2 Each Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 1-2 oz. (Item# 070052)
4 Ounces French Fries
Mango Slaw:
1 1/2 Tablespoons Vinegar, White
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Poppy Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
To Taste Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
3 Ounces Slaw Mix, Fresh
1/4 Each Mango, Ripe
1 Each Scallion, Chopped
2 Sprigs Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped
2 Each Lime, Fresh, Wedge
2 Each Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped


  1. Mix all of the slaw ingredients together, chill and let sit for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cook the Beer Battered Cod in a fryer at 350°F to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and lime.
