1 | Teaspoon | Butter |
1 | Each | Onions, Small, Sweet, Julienne |
2 | Tablespoons | German Beer |
1 | Tablespoon | Whole Grain German Mustard |
1 | Teaspoon | Fresh Dill, Chopped |
To Taste | Salt | |
To Taste | Pepper |
Directions
- Caramelize the onion in butter. Add the German beer and let simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in the mustard and remove from heat. Season to taste.
- Cook the Tavern Battered Cod according to package instructions and 165° F internal temperature.
- Toast the pretzel bun, add the fish and smoother it with the onions and mustard. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve hot.
