Directions
- Cook the Tavern Battered® Cod in a 350°F fryer to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Build the open faced sandwich by laying the toast down on the plate, arrange the sliced tomatoes, add the bacon, then the Tavern Battered® Cod and cover with béchamel sauce and garnish with scallions.
