Ingredients

1 Each Tavern Battered® Cod Fillets 3-4 oz. (Item# 070056)
1 Each Bun, Caraway
1 Ounce Red Onion, Shaved
2 Ounces Shredded Cabbage
1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds
1 Teaspoon Dill, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
Spread:
1 Tablespoon Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Lemon, Fresh Juice
1 Teaspoon Dill, Chopped

Directions

  1. Mix the cabbage with the onions, vinegar, dill, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Chill and let sit for 1 hour.
  2. Blend the mustard, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and dill.
  3. Cook the Tavern Battered Cod according to package instructions and 165 degrees F internal temperature.
  4. Build the sandwich by toasting the bun, spread sauce on both bottom and top buns, add the fish and top with the cabbage mixture.
