2 | Ounces | Shredded Cabbage |
1 | Tablespoon | White Wine Vinegar |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Caraway Seeds |
1 | Teaspoon | Dill, Chopped |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Sugar |

1 | Tablespoon | Whole Grain Dijon Mustard |
1 | Tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
1 | Tablespoon | Sour Cream |
1 | Teaspoon | Horseradish |
1 | Teaspoon | Lemon, Fresh Juice |
1 | Teaspoon | Dill, Chopped |
Directions
- Mix the cabbage with the onions, vinegar, dill, caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Chill and let sit for 1 hour.
- Blend the mustard, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice and dill.
- Cook the Tavern Battered Cod according to package instructions and 165 degrees F internal temperature.
- Build the sandwich by toasting the bun, spread sauce on both bottom and top buns, add the fish and top with the cabbage mixture.
