Sweet Pepper Crispy Calamari Rings Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jelly

Ingredients

6 Ounce Breaded Calamari Rings (Item# 057802)
2 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Each Sweet Mini Peppers, Yellow, Sliced
1/2 Each Sweet Mini Peppers, Red, Sliced
1/2 Each Sweet Mini Peppers, Orange, Sliced
3 Ounces Spicy Pepper Jelly
1 Each Scallion, Thinly Sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare the Calamari Rings according to package instructions to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Sauté the pepper rings in butter and add the pepper jelly. Warm to a simmer.
  3. Pour the peppers over the calamari and garnish with sliced scallions.
