2 Pounds Jumbo Crab Sensations® (Item# 004630)
2 Each Steak, EZE, 5-Ounce
1 Each Sweet Red Pepper, Julienned
1 Stick Butter
16 Each Provolone Cheese, Slices
8 Each Hoagie Buns, 6-Inch
8 Ounces Crispy Fried Caramelized Onions
1 Cup Remoulade Sauce


  1. Butter both sides of hoagie bun and grill until light brown.
  2. Put a pat of butter on grill/skillet and add red peppers and 5 oz. Steak EZE.
  3. Once Steak EZE is close to being done, add 4 oz. Jumbo Crab Sensations®. Flip mixture periodically until heated thoroughly.
  4. Add two slices provolone to bun top
  5. Add meat/crab mixture to bottom bun.
  6. Top meat/crab mixture with caramelized onions.
  7. Drizzle with remoulade sauce and serve.
