Directions
- Butter both sides of hoagie bun and grill until light brown.
- Put a pat of butter on grill/skillet and add red peppers and 5 oz. Steak EZE.
- Once Steak EZE is close to being done, add 4 oz. Jumbo Crab Sensations®. Flip mixture periodically until heated thoroughly.
- Add two slices provolone to bun top
- Add meat/crab mixture to bottom bun.
- Top meat/crab mixture with caramelized onions.
- Drizzle with remoulade sauce and serve.
