Sun-Dried Tomato Relish

Menu Part


2 ounces sundried tomatoes, in oil, chopped
1/2 ounce bermuda onions, fine diced
1/2 ounce parmesan cheese, shredded
1 clove garlic, fresh, chopped
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
To taste salt and pepper
Garnish balsamic glaze


  1. Mix all ingredients together and season to desired taste.
