Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

1/4 Cup Butter
3 Cloves Garlic, Finely Minced
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Packed Drained
To Taste Salt
To Taste Pepper
6 Leaves Fresh Thyme


  1. Heat butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 1 minute, take care not to brown.
  3. Add the white wine and deglaze pan, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cream and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Finish by adding the mixture to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  6. Strain, if desired.
