Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Directions
- Heat butter in a sauce pan.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 1 minute, take care not to brown.
- Add the white wine and deglaze pan, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cream and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Finish by adding the mixture to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain, if desired.
