Spicy Mongolian Shrimp Lettuce Wraps Sauce Ready Shrimp

6 Ounce Sauce Ready Tail-Off Shrimp 44/62 ct. (Item# 057364)
3 Each Butter Lettuce Leaves
1 Cup Sticky Rice, Prepared
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Each Onion, Julienne
1/4 Each Red Bell Pepper, Julienne
1/4 Cup Carrots, Julienne
1/4 Cup Green Beans, Julienne
4 Ounces Mongolian BBQ Sauce
2 Each Scallion, Chopped on Bias
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes
1/4 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds, Toasted
3 Each Lime, Wedges


  1. 1. Fry the Sauce Ready Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
  2. In a sauté pan, heat the oil and sear the onions, peppers, carrots and green beans. Add the Mongolian BBQ sauce and then toss all together with the Sauce Ready Shrimp.
  3. Place he rice on the butter lettuce, then add the shrimp and veggies. Garnish with chili flakes, sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
