Directions
- 1. Fry the Sauce Ready Shrimp according to package instructions to a 165°F internal temperature.
- In a sauté pan, heat the oil and sear the onions, peppers, carrots and green beans. Add the Mongolian BBQ sauce and then toss all together with the Sauce Ready Shrimp.
- Place he rice on the butter lettuce, then add the shrimp and veggies. Garnish with chili flakes, sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
