Directions
- Cook the Buttermilk Popcorn Shrimp according to package instructions until 165°F internal temperature.
- Place the noodles, Kimchi and broth in the bowl.
- Arrange the egg, cut in half and the Buttermilk Popcorn Shrimp on top and sprinkle with scallions.
- Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
