Spicy Mango Salsa

Menu Part


1 tablespoon olive oil
2 each tomatoes, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 each jalapeno minced, no seeds
1/2 cup diced purple onions
1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
2 cups fresh mango, diced
1/2 each red bell pepper, diced
1/2 each green bell pepper, diced
salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate.
