| 1/8 | Cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | Tablespoon | Rice Wine |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Chili Oil |
| 1 | Teaspoon | Sesame Oil, Toasted |
| 2 | Teaspoons | Sriracha |
| 1/8 | Cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/8 | Cup | Water |
| To | Taste | Salt & Pepper |
| 1/4 | Cup | Carrots, Julienne |
| 1/4 | Cup | Bell Pepper, Red, Julienne |
| 1/4 | Cup | Scallions, Finley Sliced on Bias |

| 2 | Each | Lime, Fresh, Wedges |

Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, rice wine, chili oil, sesame oil, siracha, brown sugar and water.
- In a wok or sauté pan, heat up the canola oil on medium high heat. Add the carrots, bell peppers and scallions. Add the Jumbo Crab Sensations® and season, then add the noodles and the soy sauce mixture and reduce till veggies are tender.
- Garnish with the cilantro, toasted sesame seeds and the fresh lime wedges.
