1/4 | Cup | Black Beans, Cooked |
1/4 | Cup | Corn Kernels, Cooked |
1/4 | Cup | Cherry Tomatoes, Halved |
1/4 | Cup | Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded, Diced |
2 | Each | Radishes, Sliced |
Directions
- Fry or bake flounder according to box instructions or at 350°F until 165°F internal temperature.
- Toss the salad with the blue cheese dressing and top with the Crispy Southern Flounder.
