Soba Salad with Lobster, Shiso & Nori

4 Ounces Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610)
2 Ounces Soba Noodles, Buckwheat, Uncooked
As Needed Salt, Pepper
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Mirin, Sweet
3/4 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar, Unseasoned
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, Grated
1/4 Cup Shiso Leaves, Torn
1/2 Each Nori Sheet, Toasted and Crumbled


  1. Cook the soba noodles in salted water, rinse, drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, rice wine vinegar and ginger. Toss in the Lobster Sensations, Shiso leaves and soba noodles.
  3. Garnish with nori flakes and serve.
