4 | Ounces | Lobster Sensations® (Item# 004610) |
2 | Ounces | Soba Noodles, Buckwheat, Uncooked |
As Needed | Salt, Pepper | |
2 | Tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
2 | Tablespoons | Mirin, Sweet |
3/4 | Tablespoon | Rice Vinegar, Unseasoned |
1/2 | Teaspoon | Ginger, Grated |
1/4 | Cup | Shiso Leaves, Torn |
1/2 | Each | Nori Sheet, Toasted and Crumbled |
Directions
- Cook the soba noodles in salted water, rinse, drain.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, rice wine vinegar and ginger. Toss in the Lobster Sensations, Shiso leaves and soba noodles.
- Garnish with nori flakes and serve.
