Smoked Salmon Pizza Flatbread

3 ounces Smoked Salmon
2 ounces Chopped Green Onion
2 ounces Capers
2 ounces Crème Fresh
1 each 6 Inch Flatbread


  1. Chop green onion 1/16” cut with chef’s knife.
  2. Place Flatbread into oven for 5-10 minutes at 400°F until toasted.
  3. Evenly spread Crème Fresh onto the Toasted Flatbread.
  4. Open the Smoked Salmon pack and place onto a plate. Reserve the liquid.
  5. Place half the Smoked Salmon evenly on top of the Toasted Flatbread with Crème Fresh.
  6. Add the chopped green onion and capers to the top of the Toasted Flatbread Smoked Salmon.
  7. Take the reserved liquid and add to the top.
  8. Cut on board into 6 slices with chef’s knife or pizza cutter and serve!
