12 Ounces Crispy Fries
12 Ounces Cole Slaw
4 Each Buttermilk Biscuits
12 Each Hushpuppies
4 Each Lemon Wedges
6 Ounces Tartar Sauce
6 Ounces Spicy Fry Sauce
To Taste Salt


  1. Fry fish at 350°F for 3 to 3 ½ minutes or until golden brown and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Serve family style with all other side dishes.
