2 Ounces Roasted Corn And Avocado Relish (1/2 oz. Per Shrimp)
4 Slices Grilled Fresh Peaches


  1. Fry 4 pieces of fantail, U-15 shrimp in 350°F oil until golden and 165°F internal temperature.
  2. Grill fresh peaches sliced thick.
  3. Arrange on plate, serve with relish and grilled peaches.
