4 Ounces Shrimp Tenders 40/60 ct. (Item# 057365)
1 Each Torta Roll
2 Slices Avocado
1/2 Cup Green Leaf Lettuce, Chopped
1 Ounce Chipotle Mayo
3 Each Tomato, Slices


  1. Fry shrimp at 350°F for 2 1/2-2 3/4 minutes or until golden brown with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Warm torta roll.
  3. Assemble torta by placing tomato, lettuce, avocado, and shrimp.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of mayo.
