Directions
- Into a 350°F fryer cook shrimp to box instructions and golden brown or until 165°F internal temperature.
- Heat the tortillas by steaming quickly.
- Place the slaw into the bottom of the tortilla.
- Place the shrimp over the slaw.
- Drizzle the sauce over the shrimp.
- Garnish with a cilantro sprig and serve.
